Business Operations Manager

The Digital Technology Digital Product Life Cycle (DPLC) and Advanced Technology organization is seeking a results-driven Business Operations Manager to enhance operational performance and effectiveness across the organization. As a key member of the Business Enablement leadership team, you will establish and refine business operations strategies, and be responsible for maturing the adoption efforts across the organization.

This is a hybrid position based in Puerto Rico. Candidates must reside in Puerto Rico, as relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What you will do:

  • Lead recurring business operations deliverables, including operational analysis.
  • Facilitate quarterly progress reviews with internal Collin's SBUs and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain and facilitate the monthly risk review process and change control process.
  • Establish and maintain strategic KPIs for the organization.
  • Partner with finance to oversee the functional budget, ensuring fiscal discipline and value realization.
  • Curate and coordinate content for town halls, lunch-and-learns, and internal engagement events to strengthen organizational culture.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement structured, transparent processes and tools to streamline workflows across the enterprise.
  • Own and maintain the internal business operations calendar to synchronize initiatives and ensure organizational cohesion.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person/permanent resident "green card" holder.
  • Typically requires a university degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Have experience implementing management systems across a project portfolio, including financial oversight, risk management, scheduling, and scope management.
  • Possess a strong understanding of finance and program/project management principles.
  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with senior leadership and teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build trust, foster teamwork, and take accountability for customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Communicate with clarity, efficiency, and impact across a wide range of stakeholders.
