Job Title
Attend engine pre-induction meeting for scheduled engines shop visits.
Draft engine teardown work scopes based on pre-induction assessments.
Attend to engine teardown and perform dirty inspection review together with operation team.
Document engine parts conditions and upload findings to the server.
Draft & reviews teardown reports with Technical Service Engineer (TSE).
Verify and resolve technical issues with TSE.
Assist in engineering driven improvement projects.
Liaise with vendors and contractors on equipment upgrade and modification, when necessary.
Perform any related duties as direct by the supervisor.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
- Able to interpret and draft technical reports.
- Effective communicator with strong technical writing and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Familiar with Engine MRO repair processes.
- Possess a good track record in continuous improvement project.
