Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director, Factory Operations Manager, for the California Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CaCMC) to join the Execution Operations leadership team. In this role you will be responsible for leadership and talent development opportunities to an organization of > 150 employees across multiple functions including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain while maintaining a safe work environment for all CaCMC employees and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
The Factory Operations Manager will provide cross-functional leadership of the multi-disciplined CaCMC team to include the coordination of manufacturing resources and strategy required to support ongoing operations for cost, quality and schedule, ensuring operational excellence across the manufacturing process from planning through production, shipment and customer support. This role is expected to champion Enterprise Collaboration by bringing best in class solutions that deliver innovative manufacturing and advanced capabilities that create sustained growth while driving affordability.
The candidate must be capable of working beyond the typical 40-hour work week.

The salary range for this role is $162,000 - $326,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
