Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Operations & Supply Chain organization is seeking a Business Operations Professional to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational strategy. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in working cross functionally and influencing across the organization without direct authority, the drive to learn new skills to respond to varied and unfamiliar organizational challenges, and an understanding of how to use data to support strategic decisions. Additional responsibilities include MBR slide preparation, control tower development and maintenance, and various strategy-related projects.

What You Will Do

  • Drive key processes to successful completion, supporting aggressive internal schedules and delivery goals
  • Serve as a resource for internal teams, managing and optimizing supply chain systems with a focus on business needs
  • Identify, analyze, and drive initiatives to reduce/improve key processes, collaborating with production, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Use critical thinking and a proactive approach to solve complex problems independently, translating technical scenarios into clear, actionable steps
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate dashboards and reports for tracking progress against critical KPIs, ensuring visibility at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate across the supply chain value stream—including quality, MPM, POM, finance, production control, and IBP
  • Consolidate and organize input for Raytheon-level Monthly Business Reviews
  • Develop and maintain APS OSC control tower
  • Maintain the cadence calendar for APS OSC
  • Manage and prioritize multiple disparate tasks that can change on short notice

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Data analysis experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a program/project manager, supply chain specialist/manager, material program manager, and/or operations role

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous experience in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing, acquisitions, or program management
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or equivalent systems
  • Experience using business and project management resources and procedures and Risk Management, Financial Forecasts, and CORE

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
