The Precision Control and Actuation Systems department consists of nearly 150 engineers working collaboratively with internal and external customers and programs to provide innovative solutions for controlling our products motion, including ground, sea, and air launched vehicles used by a variety of end users who depend on the quality and integrity of our systems. Our systems include control algorithms and firmware, electronic control units, actuators containing high power motors and precision gear trains, electronic harnessing design, and other components for interfacing with the vehicle and packaging the control assemblies. Due to the highly cross-functional nature of these systems, we are constantly looking for talented engineers with a system-solution mindset.
This position is for a candidate who will be ready to contribute to the PCAS team with innovative solutions for challenging problems of mechanical/control systems and/or harness/interconnects.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
