Job Title

This position is for a candidate who will be ready to contribute to the PCAS team with innovative solutions for challenging problems of mechanical/control systems and/or harness/interconnects.

What You Will Do

1. You will contribute your knowledge of engineering practices and problem-solving to perform mechanical design and development activities.
2. You will support, contribute, and collaborate in a team environment, receiving inputs from program or team experts, and work on projects, determining and developing approaches and solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience with CREO or similar 3D modeling tools.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework or projects

Qualifications We Prefer

• Specific majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM discipline.
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical design, engineering, and analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes, including machining, casting, forging, welding, and bonding.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing practices, dimensioning, and tolerancing.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
