New Advisor Transitions Administrative Support
This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be three per week averaging 12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Home Office. Our New Advisor Transitions department is seeking an experienced individual contributor with advanced expertise in administrative, support, and service functions. Recognized for delivering specialized solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing high-quality support within a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.
- Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive.
- Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following instructions to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time.
- Scheduling advisor home office visits and completion of various onboarding support tasks.
- Ordering and distribution of office and kitchen supplies for our floor.
Skills:
- Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
- Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.
- Acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives.
- Select and deploy the appropriate office system and to use it to optimum effect.
Education: High School (HS)
Work Experience: General Experience - 7 to 12 months
