The Control Tower Analyst is responsible for supervising in real time the key indicators of the operation, detecting incidents and activating timely alerts to ensure the continuity of the processes. Contributes directly to maintaining the stable operation, minimizing risks and facilitating that the responsible areas react in a quick and efficient manner.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Real time monitoring

  • Continuously review the operation KPIs (productivity, availability of resources, service times).

  • Detect deviations or risks that may affect the fulfillment of operational objectives.

• Alert activation and follow-up

  • Issue timely alerts to the responsible areas when problems are identified.

  • Follow up on the resolution of incidents within the assigned shift and escalate when necessary.

• Registration and documentation

  • Document incidents, probable causes and actions taken in each case.

  • Prepare end-of-shift reports to ensure continuity between teams.

• Support for continuous improvement

  • Propose adjustments in monitoring processes or communication to improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the data team and the Control Tower Leader to optimize tools and dashboards.

Required Profile

• Technical knowledge:

  • Intermediate handling of Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and management systems.

• Key competencies:

  • Ability to detect problems quickly and accurately.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize alerts.

  • Clear and effective communication to coordinate with other teams.

  • Operational discipline and results orientation.
