As a Technical Account Manager at Rappi, you will be the key bridge between our strategic allies and the internal technical, commercial, and operations teams. Your mission will be to ensure stable and efficient integrations, improve the availability and quality of information, and transform data into actionable insights that directly impact the user experience and business performance. You will work with some of the most relevant allies in the country (retail and pharmacies), leading both the daily operational management and continuous improvement projects at a local and regional level.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the technical relationship with key retail and CPGs allies, working hand in hand with commercial and operations teams.
  • Monitoring and resolving operational incidents (tickets) related to integrations, availability, catalog, inventories, and payments.
  • Analyzing and following up on the OKRs of your accounts (availability, stockouts, catalog coverage, cancellations, among others).
  • Developing projects and initiatives aimed at improving availability, quality, integration, and payment metrics.
  • Generating analysis, reports, and insights from data to support business decision-making.
  • Automating processes and proposing improvements that optimize the operational efficiency of the team.
  • Actively participating in meetings with allies and internal stakeholders, resolving doubts and aligning priorities.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

Technical requirements:

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL (Snowflake desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of Python (data processing, automation).
  • Handling of visualization tools like Power BI (or others like Tableau or Looker).
  • Desirable previous experience in operations, analytics, or technical integrations areas.

  • Excellent communication and ability to relate to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical, structured, and oriented towards solving real problems.
  • High organization and ownership to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel.
  • Affinity for dynamic, operational, and collaborative environments.
  • Practical focus: grounded ideas, solid execution, and constant follow-up.
