You will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing key retail accounts, acting as a strategic consultant for our partners, using data to detect opportunities, optimize results, and execute sustainable growth initiatives. You will work transversally with multiple internal teams and have direct visibility with strategic retail ecosystem clients.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing the performance of accounts (sales, conversion, profitability, operation) to understand what works and what doesn’t, always from the data.
  • Preparing and leading weekly meetings with partners, presenting results, monthly progress, opportunities for improvement, and next steps.
  • Detecting growth opportunities from the data: catalog optimization, operational improvements, ad strategies, and app visibility.
  • Negotiating and implementing growth levers with demanding and highly structured partners.
  • Leading transversal side projects of the KAM team (store expansion, hours, new openings, regional impact initiatives).
  • Combining a farmer + hunter role: developing existing accounts and supporting the attraction of new strategic accounts.
  • Constantly collaborating with internal teams (operations, ads, product, finance), overcommunicating, and aligning expectations.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

Technical skills:

  • Strong analytical and data-driven profile.
  • Experience working with Excel / Google Sheets (vlookups, data analysis).
  • SQL is a plus (or high willingness to learn).
  • Google Suite management.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.

Soft skills:

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical profiles.
  • Empathy and ability to negotiate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Extroverted, consultative, and solution-oriented profile.
  • Humility and continuous learning mindset.
  • High autonomy, proactivity, and sense of urgency.
