The Key Account Manager position involves managing key accounts of the portfolio and maximizing the KPIs in those accounts to increase the profitability of our partners and meet Rappi's objectives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing client relationships, will be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with their clients.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Gesti贸n de Cuentas Clave: The KAM is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strong relationships with the most important clients of the company. This involves understanding deeply the needs and objectives of these clients and ensuring that the company is meeting their requirements effectively. Planificaci贸n Estrat茅gica: The KAM works closely with other areas of the company, such as sales, marketing and operations, to develop strategic plans for each key account. These plans must align the client's objectives with those of the company and establish strategies to maximize mutual value. Negociaci贸n y Ventas: The KAM leads the negotiation process with key accounts, ensuring that the company's objectives are met while also satisfying the needs of the client. This involves strong negotiation and sales skills, as well as the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Resoluci贸n de Problemas: The KAM acts as the main point of contact to resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise with key accounts. This requires strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with different internal teams to find solutions. An谩lisis y Seguimiento: The KAM continuously tracks the performance of key accounts, analyzing relevant data and metrics to evaluate the success of the strategies implemented. This involves the ability to interpret data and extract significant insights to improve performance. Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe? Licenciatura completa en carreras de administraci贸n 贸 marketing. M铆nimo de 2 a帽os de experiencia en ventas y/o gesti贸n de cuentas clave, con un enfoque en clientes. Es un plus, experiencia en la industria de delivery y/o tecnolog铆a. Identificar y administrar cuentas clave de un portafolio Gestionar las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, asegurando la satisfacci贸n del cliente y la retenci贸n de la cuenta. Analizar y reportar sobre el rendimiento de las cuentas clave, identificando 谩reas de mejora y oportunidades para el crecimiento. Conocimientos avanzados en ventas y negociaci贸n. Conocimientos avanzados en el manejo de herramientas y manejo de datos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci贸n y presentaci贸n.
