This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Key Account Managers (KAMs), Planners, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate performance tracking, support target-setting processes, and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales execution. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of commercial metrics.

Sales Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze commercial performance metrics, including revenue, target achievement, pipeline health, and account productivity. Monitor performance across KAM portfolios and sales teams, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support leadership with performance reporting and analysis to guide decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.

Target Setting & Forecasting

Support the target-setting process for commercial teams. Build models and analysis to ensure targets are realistic, aligned with growth objectives, and fairly distributed across teams. Support revenue forecasting by analyzing pipeline evolution and historical performance trends.

Sales Incentives & Commissions

Support the design and administration of sales incentive and commission structures. Validate commission calculations and ensure accurate tracking of performance vs. incentives. Analyze the impact of incentive structures on sales performance and behavior.

Pipeline & Productivity Analysis

Monitor pipeline health and sales activity metrics. Identify gaps between pipeline generation and revenue outcomes. Analyze KAM productivity and account coverage, supporting initiatives that improve commercial efficiency.

Data & Reporting

Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into commercial performance. Ensure data accuracy across systems used for sales performance tracking. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decisions.
