As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Routine:
- Acting as a picker
- Daily check-in with the respective supervisor for alignment and D-1 result
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
- As a picker:
- Fulfilling orders ensuring delivery in 10 minutes without stockout and with quality (DR=0)
- Receiving merchandise (verification + entry in system + stock check)
- Using the correct packaging
- Executing stock adjustments
- Selecting the FLV, removing inadequate products and posting the loss in the system
- Verification of validities and acting according to process (PVPS order + date for withdrawal)
- Restocking merchandise in shelves and refrigerators, considering the layout
- Proper handling of products
- Compliance with ANVISA standards
- Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the store
- As an operational assistant:
- Verification of validity
- Inventory: control + counting + approval
- FLV - every day
- Missions
- Cyclic goal (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly)
- Ensuring compliance with ANVISA standards
- Monitoring the execution of services by providers (pest control, cleaning, maintenance, others)
- Notification and action in anomalies (app failures, no orders at normal times, damaged equipment, RT problems, lack of power, etc)
- Multiplication of good operational practices for other pickers
