Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and efficiency of operations across multiple segments and countries within our organization. Your primary focus will be controlling productivity, headcount cost, improving service levels, collaborating with senior management, and implementing action plans based on data analysis.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Sanity Control and Data Consolidation: Consolidate all metrics to reach productivity at a store level
• Service Level Management: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure outstanding service levels and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are met across various countries and segments. Implement high-quality follow-ups and alerts to maintain service excellence.
• Business Input Metric Goals: Work closely with senior management to identify and communicate business input metric goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Provide regular follow-ups on progress towards these goals.
• Commercial Collaboration: Develop a close working relationship with the commercial team to address various challenges such as master data discrepancies, catalogue creation, store types, and spin-offs. Identify potential issues that may impact service metrics and work together to find solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by incorporating data inputs and suggesting improvements based on data analysis. Elevate the level of deliverables through continuous refinement and optimization.
• Best Practice Sharing: Gather best practices in operations from different countries and segments to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Root Cause Analysis and Action Plans: Utilize data analysis techniques to identify root causes of operational KPI deviations between countries. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement action plans aimed at addressing these deviations and improving performance.
• Centralize and monitor action plans based on operational postmortems.

Requisitos fundamentales:

• Experiencia en bases de datos y manejo de SQL (nivel básico o intermedio).
• Conocimientos o experiencia en conciliaciones (nómina y facturas entre proveedores, deseable).
• Habilidades comunicativas y conciliadoras para interactuar con equipos y proveedores externos.
• Organización y atención al detalle en el control y conciliación de gastos.
• Capacidad para analizar información y generar reportes (ideal manejo de Snowflake).
• Disponibilidad para visitar tiendas de Turbo y comprender los procesos operativos.
