The mission of this role is to keep the dynamic rain rates active where we have rain presence in any of the countries where we operate and other activities to keep the cancellations of high-value orders stable. Adhering to the corresponding processes, applying a high sense of urgency and using mostly common sense in every decision to be made.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Keeping the rain rates active at the moment.
- Assignment and follow-up of high-value and critical orders.
- Sending communications (push) to delivery people, where applicable.
- Manual actions in the corresponding cities (at night).
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
- Proactivity and teamwork.
- Work modality: Remote (Virtual)
- Have an intermediate to advanced level of Excel.
- Availability to work at night (early morning).
- Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, with one day of rotational rest.
- High tolerance to frustration.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
- Experience in customer service and process follow-up is an advantage.
