We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist who is analytical and creative to manage and optimize our customer retention and loyalty strategies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing segmented campaigns through direct channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp) with the objective of maximizing the LTV (Lifetime Value) and reducing the Churn Rate.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the lifecycle: Designing and executing automation flows (workflows) for the different stages of the funnel (onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty).
- Audience segmentation: Analyzing the database to create clusters of users based on behaviors.
- Campaign execution: Configuring, launching, and monitoring Email Marketing, SMS, and Push Notification campaigns.
- A/B Testing optimization: Conducting constant tests on subjects, contents, CTAs, and sending times to improve open and conversion rates.
- Data analysis and reporting: Monitoring key KPIs (OR, CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate) and presenting monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Ensuring the quality and cleanliness of the database, complying with privacy regulations (GDPR/LPDP).
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Email Marketing roles.
- Domination of CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
- Intermediate handling of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables and data cross-referencing).
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical capacity (results-oriented).
- Excellent writing and spelling (conversion-oriented copywriting).
- Attention to detail and a "test and learn" mindset.
