Check out how it will impact our ecosystem: We're looking for a creative and passionate professional to build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for end users. You will be responsible for designing and developing the best approaches to create CRM tools, launching marketing campaigns, and managing them based on their performance. You will work closely with different CRM lifecycle teams, local growth teams, and the branding team to create campaign content, ensuring it aligns with customer needs. In addition, you will collaborate with the Product Marketing team to track and continuously improve campaign execution.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong data-driven and analytical thinking
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of SQL (required)
• Knowledge of digital marketing (a plus)
• Advanced English level

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Execute CRM and marketing campaigns
• Set up and track campaign success metrics
• Propose strategies to maximize conversion rates and user retention
• Design, execute, and measure experiments
• Analyze data and provide actionable reports
• Automate flows proven to drive incremental results for Rappi
• Build dashboards to provide quick overviews of BAU campaigns
