Responsible for managing the complete billing cycle for Cargo vertical clients, ensuring the correct execution of reconciliation, billing, collection, and revenue compliance processes.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Conciliación: Realize the reconciliation of client accounts and payments to guarantee the accuracy of financial records.
- Facturación (Invoicing): Issue and send invoices to Cargo vertical clients in a timely and precise manner, managing any necessary adjustments or corrections.
- Cobranza (Collection): Manage the collection process, tracking pending payments and contacting clients to ensure receipt of payments.
- Cumplimiento de Ingresos (Revenue Compliance): Ensure that all billing and collection processes comply with internal policies and current regulations.
- Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process of new clients, configuring billing information and explaining payment procedures.
We are looking for a proactive profile with great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in financial or administrative areas and good handling of tools like Excel are desirable. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams will be fundamental for success in this position.
