Marketing Coordinator

The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added value services that support the development of ethical, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities will include supporting the marketing team with its digital and offline marketing activities for Rapaport Price List, Rapaport Auctions and Research Reports including email campaigns, advertising, social media, inbound and trade-shows, as well as managing all technical aspects of the key marketing systems.

This is a full time hybrid position based in Israel, requiring one day a week in the Jerusalem office, and one day a week in Ramat Gan office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects
  • Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns: Google ads, emails, social media, including optimization and reporting
  • Manage automated marketing software (HubSpot) to implement email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, templates, forms, content and reporting
  • Assist with content creation and scheduling of social media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
  • Coordinate implementation of marketing activities in internal marketing systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce CRM, Google analytics, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Liaise with graphic designers and external vendors and compile detailed briefs to coordinate marketing campaigns and trade shows
  • Coordinate the creation of content for blogs, social media and case studies
  • Organize international advertising and promotional campaigns in both print and digital platforms
  • Coordinate the production of international trade shows and trade show collateral
  • Maintain and organize the marketing team's project management to ensure that deadlines are met in a timely fashion
  • Help create and populate monthly analytics reports for marketing campaigns and social media

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient use of marketing automation platforms, HubSpot and Salesforce – an advantage
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in lead generation through organic, inbound and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with PPC, social media and community management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
