Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for handling customer financial transactions and must maintain a thorough knowledge of the bank’s policies, deposit products, and procedures. They are the frontline of the bank and play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction. This position is part time, working between 24-29 hours per week. Schedule can be 3, 4, or 5 days per week as long as hours remain between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Preferred set schedule to be discussed during the interview process. On occasion, you may need to work one Saturday morning every 3-4 weeks on a rotation basis.
This position will work primarily from our Front St branch. Will require working at other offices in the Marquette region. We are a community bank that has been established since 1887.
