As the HR Director for Randstad Poland, you are part of the national management team and have the overall responsibility for HR in the operating company, with a clear expectation of providing all employees with outstanding HR service that is customer focused and drives engagement, innovation, and change. The position provides an exciting opportunity for those who want to work with strategic and operational HR in an international company and environment. The HRD is the business partner for the Managing Director, providing relevant management information on HR to support and contribute to the opco's further growth and development. The role involves leading, coaching, developing the current HR-team, ensuring they can realize their full potential. The position reports to the CHRO of the International Markets of Randstad.
Your responsibilities include:
The successful candidate has preferably 10+ years of experience in HR and relevant educational background. They have previous experience working in a fast paced (international) environment, strong influencing skills and are experienced in solid business partnering, strong business acumen and insights, expertise/knowledge of the following areas: organizational development, people development, learning & development, performance management, and employee relations; strong communications skills, both written and verbal (Polish and English), courage to challenge: shows courage and confidence to speak up skilfully, challenging others even when they are confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances, business acumen: builds and delivers professionalism through combining commercial and HR expertise to bring value to the organization, stakeholders, and peers, decisive judgment: demonstrates the ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly. Uses information, insights and knowledge in a structured way to identify options, make recommendations and make robust, defendable decisions, curious: be future-focused, eager to understand and open-minded; seeks out evolving and innovative ways to add value to Randstad.
