Workday Analyst (HR Enablement Consultant)

You will join our Business Support department. As our new Workday Analyst (HR Enablement Consultant), you will be part of Global HR Operation - Workday (Global HR Enablement Team) which is a team that works with maintenance and support for HR applications globally i.e. Workday. As a Workday Analyst, you will mainly be responsible for support and updates in Workday. Workday includes Core HR, Organisation Set-up, Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management, Time-off, Leave Management and we continuously implement more features into the system.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • General Workday support (Service, Updates & Change requests)
  • Assist in UAT (testing on Workday processes as when required)
  • General HR updates in Workday – mainly employee changes.
  • Assist Team lead to ensure all Workday Updates are done as per agreed timelines/ SLA.
  • Assist Team Lead by handling request and tickets for HR related queries from employees and managers for the countries to which we are providing Global HR Operation support.
  • Providing support to TL in deployment.
  • Create and maintain quick guides, step by step guides and other training material.
  • Investigate and develop embedded training in Workday e.g. guided tours etc.
  • Will also involve the resource into Workday Automation (RPA) and develop the RPA skills.

Your starting point for constant growth

  • Ideally having experience with Workday tool and from international, multi-cultural organisations.
  • Experience with Change Management processes
  • More than 4+ years of experience of HR Tool like Workday (Preferred).
  • Service-minded and knows the importance of good customer service.
  • Experience from complex (matrix) organizations.
  • Being systematic and have a structured work style with focus on details.
  • A good team player and motivated self-starter.

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR
  • Should be good in communication and coordinating skills and fluent in English, both verbal and writing
