The position can be filled at any of our office locations in Germany.

Your new role

In your role, you will support the Tender Leaders and departments operationally throughout the tender process and ensure structured, high-quality tender processes.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Operational support of tenders and offers in close cooperation with the responsible Tender Leaders
  • Preparation, creation, structuring, and uploading of tender and offer documents
  • Ensuring completeness, conformity, and quality of tender documents
  • Coordination of inputs from various internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in schedule, deadlines, and documentation management (PMO tasks)
  • Compilation, preparation, and maintenance of figures, data, and facts as well as CRM entries
  • Contribution to the development of tender processes, templates, and tools

About you

  • Successfully completed studies or training, regardless of the subject area, related to organization, project work, or commercial/technical topics
  • First to several years of professional experience in project, offer, tender management, or in a comparable support role
  • Very good organizational skills as well as a structured, reliable working method
  • Strong service and support orientation as well as a pleasure in cross-team collaboration
  • High text and data competence as well as a good eye for structure, layout, and quality
  • Ability to coordinate several tasks in parallel and set priorities
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
