Our department in Odense working on the renovation of bridges and other infrastructure constructions needs more colleagues to solve our many exciting tasks.

Here you will be able to work with our core team, which is the renovation of bridges - from smaller municipal bridges to large bridges such as the South Funen bridges from Svendborg to Langeland, as well as the Little Belt, Great Belt, Vejle Fjord, Alssund, Sallingsund, and more. You will also have the opportunity to join project teams that solve similar tasks throughout Denmark.

We are a diverse department with equal parts generalists, highly skilled specialists, and project managers who work extensively across departments in Rambøll. Cooperation with our talented colleagues from other disciplines is very important, as well as being able to understand others' ways of thinking.

We create long-term sustainable and sustainable solutions in the renovation, life extension, and strengthening of existing structures. But we are also involved in new infrastructure projects, both nationally and internationally, where we contribute both with expertise and the ability to coordinate interfaces. Our expertise in long-term sustainable and sustainable solutions, as well as the execution conditions, is highly valued in the design of details and material selection on projects across the entire Rambøll.

We are involved in all phases of projects, and therefore have a high degree of experience feedback from bidding, execution, etc. We perform inspections, operational tasks, and project renovation, where we often ourselves lead construction and technical supervision. There is therefore great opportunity to get out 'on the ground' on the projects, and there is great freedom to influence which of these tasks one participates in depending on one's interests.

As an employee in the department Existing Bridges and Structures you will have the opportunity to bring your own experience into play and direct access to our strongest specialists in the field, both as project participants and sparring as well as for your own future development. As an employee in the department you will also typically quickly get a large network internally in Rambøll which is used both professionally and socially.

The tasks can range from smaller projects, where you yourself are responsible for all processes with sparring as needed from our skilled subject matter experts, to larger cross-disciplinary infrastructure projects with a large project organization. You will therefore have a unique opportunity to work across Rambøll and develop both professionally and personally in the direction you want to go, including across national borders if that is of interest. If you want to work with project management, you will complete Rambøll's internal project manager training based on IPMA if you do not already have equivalent.

We are looking for a candidate who has minimum 5-10 years of experience with the renovation of structures – optimally within bridges or similar infrastructure. We expect the department to grow, which is why there will be an opportunity for the right candidate to become a team leader, with great opportunity to influence the future development.
