We are looking for a Project Engineer or Engineer Manager with experience with hydrogen and PtX projects to take a central role in delivering high quality work within complex, multidisciplinary projects. Based in Oslo, you will work closely with our client and internal stakeholders, and your presence at the client's office will be a firm requirement to ensure strong collaboration and seamless project execution.
In this position, you will be accountable for delivering a defined scope within high complexity projects. You will work under the direction of a Project Manager or Project Director but will have full responsibility for driving day-to-day progress of your assigned work packages. For projects of lower complexity, you may also take on the full Project Manager responsibility.
Your work will span planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of multidisciplinary tasks while ensuring alignment with Ramboll's Project Model, quality management frameworks, and HSEQ standards. You will be a key point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring clarity, structure, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
An important part of your work will also be to drive collaboration not only across internal disciplines, but also across Ramboll's global project teams, ensuring effective coordination across borders, time zones, and cultures.
