Do you want to help set the direction for marketing in a SaaS company where data, creativity, and business go hand in hand? Do you understand how to turn data and customer insights into strategies and campaigns that make a real difference – and do you have solid experience with Lead Generation and/or Performance Marketing? If so, we might be looking for you as our new Marketing Business Consultant.
Your role in Marketing
As a Marketing Business Consultant, you will be the primary contact point for Marketing for one of our three product teams. You will act as a link between Marketing and the business – and have the mandate to make decisions on behalf of Marketing.
The role is broad and both strategic, tactical, and operational. Based on the product team's goals, you will develop sharp marketing strategies in collaboration with your colleagues, drive the campaigns forward, and follow up on the agreed KPIs. You will also be responsible for the tactical and operational work within Lead Generation and/or Performance Marketing.
This is how you create value in the role
You will be the one who ensures direction, coherence, and progress – both in the strategy work and in the execution. Specifically, you will:
This is what makes you a strong match
You have a strategic and consultant-oriented view of things – but you are also the type who gets things done. As a person, you are creative, curious, and idea-driven, but also structured and detail-oriented. You get energy from creating relationships across the organization and enjoy an environment where the pace changes, ambitions are high, and there is room for both focus and humor.
We are looking for you who have:
What you will be part of
With us, you will not just get a role with responsibility and influence – you will also land in a Marketing team where we help each other, lift together, and send high fives over the table when something succeeds. There is room to be both ambitious, professional, and focused, while there is no distance between the good jokes.
And then there is all the other stuff that makes everyday life extra good: delicious office facilities, an attractive health and pension plan, and not least a lunch system where the chefs really care about the food. You will also get access to our fitness center and an active staff association that is behind a lot of great events.
Salary: According to qualifications. The position is permanent and 37 hours/week.
Workplace: Olof Palmes Allé 20, Aarhus N.
Application deadline: January 4, 2025
Does it sound like something for you?
Send us your CV and application where you briefly describe your experiences, goals, and results.
We expect to hold the first interview in week 4 and the second interview in week 5. If you are invited to the second interview, you should expect to prepare a smaller case study and complete two online tests – a cognitive test and a personality test.
If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Marketing Manager Henriette Lundfold at +45 60 36 14 11.
