HR Business Partner in Ramboll Management Consulting and Henning Larsen – Maternity Cover

If you want to deliver business driven HR Business Partner services to Ramboll and you have several years of experience within HR, you now could become part of Ramboll, a global company with more than 17,000 experts within a wide platform of engineering services and management consulting.

We are looking for a maternity cover who can join us as of May 1st 2026 for app. 10 months+.

Your responsibilities as HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Ramboll you will work closely with managers and employees in Ramboll Management Consulting and our architect colleagues in Henning Larsen in both Jutland and Copenhagen. Ramboll is a "people business" and the development of our employees and managers is key to provide world-class projects and growing our business.

The role of HRBP is key in supporting the business development with high-performance requirements for business growth. You will have a broad area of responsibility within strategic HR services in both a local and a global context.

You will be part of the HR Business Partner team in Denmark and report to the HR Director for Ramboll Management Consulting. You will work closely with people managers to support the strategic development of the business as "trusted advisor" while at the same time you will be responsible for implementing Ramboll's global HR processes with a strong focus on leadership and leadership development as well as working with talent development and succession planning. There is a clear desire and demand that HR supports the development of Ramboll's business, and thus you will have great opportunities to work independently into the business and contribute with your insight and high professionalism.

You will provide counselling, coaching and support to managers within a wide range of HR services together with other HR functions. You will establish yourself as a "trusted advisor" and proactively identify business challenges and actions to support the business.

The responsibilities of our new HRBP will be:

  • Implementation and support of the annual HR processes in our annual wheel, including the PDP process, engagement survey, promotion process, as well as support of the annual salary review process
  • Support employee relationships and organisational change processes
  • Coaching and sparring of managers at different levels
  • Drive the development of talents and competence development
  • Deliver on the People plan for RMC
  • Advise on job levels, positions, salary and terms

You and your competencies

Your success in the role will depend on your ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships. You have a strong business knowledge and understand what factors contribute to a healthy and profitable business. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience acting in the role of Project Manager and can handle HR projects and processes of different sizes in a trusted and structured way.

The ideal candidate has/is:

  • A relevant master's degree and background, preferably from management consulting but not a must
  • Several years of experience from different HR roles and at least 2 years of experience from a similar HRBP role from preferably a larger complex knowledge-intensive company
  • A structured working style and ability to keep an overview and prioritise in a busy and demanding working environment
  • Work proactively with high energy and can effectively handle many tasks and deliveries in a complex business environment
  • Robust, change-oriented and have experience in coaching and sparring with managers at different levels
  • A good sense of humour and can work both independently and in teams
  • Strong communication skills and good at building relationships with great impact both in relation to people and organisational changes
  • Fluent in Danish and English - verbally and in writing

You will be part of the HR Department Denmark, which is a part of Ramboll's global HR setup and currently on an exciting journey of growth, globalisation and change. You will report to the HR Director for Ramboll Management Consulting and you will work out of a Ramboll office in Denmark based on where you live.
