Responsibilities

  • Staffing: shift management, leading others
  • Customer service: ensures customer remains the top priority
  • Delivery Results: inventory control, selling strategies
  • Merchandising: Meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age; 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred.

Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, open availability to include daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, featured local sports events

Seeking a long-term position, aiming to advance in store leadership and expand their career within store operations

Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
