The Group Sales Division leads brand, creativity, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission of expanding the membership value and ecosystem of Rakuten Group, which contains more than 70 services. We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role among the ecosystem, and as the Group Sales Division, we further promote collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.

Device Business Department is an organization that leads the adoption and sales of all devices in Rakuten Mobile. Device Sales Section is responsible for sales planning and sales management for devices and accessories. You will be empowered to develop and implement marketing strategies that not only maximize the appeal of our devices and accessories but also effectively deliver their value to our customer base.

Position Details

Device Sales department is responsible for maximizing sales of smartphones, tablets, Wi-Fi routers, accessories, and other products in Rakuten Mobile's customer acquisition business. This role is responsible for followings:

  • Product sales planning.
  • Partnership improvement with product manufacturers.
  • Sales KPI management on each product and its execution.
  • Operation management of Rakuten Mobile official stores in Rakuten Ichiba.
  • Supply chain management for each product.

Mandatory Qualifications

Experience in business execution with external partners. Experience in data-driven operations.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in sales planning, sales strategy work. Experience working in the telecom industry. Experience in sales planning using E-commerce web sites. Experience in the planning, selection, and/or launching of new products/services. 3+ years of working experience.

Additional information on English Qualification

Able to achieve a TOEIC score of 800 or higher within two years of joining the company.
