The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services. We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.
UX Strategy Section manages end to end user journey of Rakuten Mobile business including online and offline. By conducting UX research and designing product UX, like mobile App, we try to improve wide variety of touchpoints in our business.
Position: To expand organization for further growth of our mobile business.
There are many projects which starts as UX improvements are ongoing. We are looking for successful project managers who can manage a lot of stakeholders under uncertain situation.

Work Environment: In our team, UX Specialists from various countries and background work closely as one team. As a UX specialized team, we manage comprehensive UX in Rakuten Mobile service including online and offline.
