To accelerate Rakuten Group's global business, Global Mobility & Coordination Group in HR Operations Section of the Employee Relations Department supports timely staffing by building mechanisms and providing support to place the best people where they are needed. We are looking for a potential manager who can take ownership of leading the team within this function. Beyond global mobility work, you will also consider and lead operational improvements to continuously strengthen daily execution.

The Global Mobility & Coordination Group in the HR Operations Section of the Employee Relations Department consists of about five members. You will support team members and manage ongoing project cases to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In the future, you may also gain broader, general HR experience through rotations within Employee Relations Department. Depending on your interests and fit, there are also career paths to expand your experience into other HR functions, such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, HRBP, and HR Planning.
