Position Details
Through the following 1 or 2 tasks, you will be entrusted with the planning, development, and operation of human resource development programs for employees of Rakuten Group, Inc. In addition to the revision and operation of existing programs, there will be opportunities for planning on start from scratch.

1. Onboarding training planning and operation
- Planning/operation/effectiveness measurement of onboarding training programs. (New graduate training/mid-career newcomer training/follow-up training/mentor training/executive training, etc.)

2. Planning and execution of competency/skill development measures for all employees

Work Environment
Recruiting and L&D Department is an organization of approximately 60 people. The team will be assigned to the Entry Management Section or Talent Development Section. There are also opportunities to collaborate with other departments within the HR domain, such as when participating in projects.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience in planning and operating training programs in human resource development departments of domestic or foreign business companies or experience in planning and operating training contents in consulting or human resource development service companies - Experience in proactively planning and realizing measures (training, etc.) related to human resource development
- Experience working in English
