Mobile communication serves as the fundamental infrastructure for daily life, business, and society in today's world. Stable connectivity is fundamental to all activities, and its quality has a significant impact on society. Our vital responsibility is to provide high-quality communication that users can access 'anytime, anywhere, and comfortably.' Until now, our Network Quality Management Office, as a dedicated organization independent from the technical department, has focused on quality management of mobile base station peripheral equipment. However, in response to the increase in users and traffic, service diversification, and technological advancements such as 5G and IoT, we will expand our scope to the entire mobile communication system-from mobile backhaul to the core network-and strengthen end-to-end quality assurance. For the success of our new mission, individuals with innovative perspectives and advanced technical capabilities are indispensable. We are seeking those who can not only 'maintain quality' but also design and realize the future of mobile communication from the perspective of 'quality'.
For talented individuals who will contribute to this crucial mission, we provide an environment with opportunities for growth and challenge. - Cutting-edge Technological Environment: You will engage with the latest mobile communication technologies, directly experiencing and contributing to their evolution. - Specialization and Growth Opportunities: This is an environment where you can acquire extensive network knowledge and advanced technical skills, enabling significant growth as a quality management specialist. - Tangible Social Contribution: You will experience firsthand how your work supports the lives of millions and contributes to societal development. - Teamwork and Innovation: Collaborate with experts from the technical department, enjoying the satisfaction of generating new ideas through open discussion and bringing them to life.
Together with the technical department, you will set end-to-end quality policies and targets, continuously maintain and improve quality, and drive QMS activities to promptly identify and resolve potential issues. In the event of quality issues, you will support expedited root cause analysis and the formulation of countermeasures.
