The department to which Marketing Research Consultants (MRCs) belong is tasked with the mission of fundamentally resolving clients' marketing challenges, leveraging Rakuten Group's overwhelming data assets and one of Japan's largest research panels. A key characteristic of this role is the ability to be involved in the entire marketing process, extending beyond just planning and proposing marketing research. This includes project management, collaboration with data analysis departments, support for advertising effectiveness measurement, and assistance in formulating brand strategies. We are also focusing on products that utilize AI. Furthermore, our client base is exceptionally diverse, ranging from operating companies and advertising agencies to other Rakuten Group companies, and even domestic and international brand enterprises. We provide marketing research solutions utilizing Rakuten Group's big data and Rakuten Insight's awareness data to "major manufacturers of food, beverages, daily necessities," "major media companies, major advertising agencies," "research firms, and consulting firms." Main duties 1. Hearings and proposal activities regarding marketing issues for clients in charge - In-depth sales to existing departments and data product proposals - Pure sales to new departments, introduction of capabilities, etc. *Part of the specific proposal content - Proposal for measuring the effectiveness of online advertising - Proposal for data linkage between client and Rakuten Insights - Proposal for profile analysis of owned media 2. Project management for orders, including submission, delivery, billing, and after-sales follow-up. - Overall management as the person in charge of the project in collaboration with the director and researchers - Estimates, schedules, and other general client support - Cost management of outsourcing expenses, acceptance inspection, administrative work related to billing, etc. 3.
