AI Marketing Specialist

The AI & Data Division plays a critical role in driving the strategic use of AI and data across the organization. As a central hub for AI and data initiatives, the AI & Data Division ensures alignment with corporate objectives and maximizes the value of data-driven decision-making.

The AI Strategy Office (AISO), directly under the Chief AI and Data Officer (CAIDO), is responsible for the planning and execution of AI strategies. Its main roles include researching market insights, promoting AI products, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.

You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for AI products, focusing on brand building and expanding user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Market research, competitive analysis, and positioning design
  • Revenue model planning and KPI analysis
  • Execution and effectiveness analysis of digital marketing initiatives (web advertising, SNS management, email marketing, etc.)
  • Market and competitor research and customer data analysis
  • Planning and operation of promotional campaigns and events
  • Direction and project management of creative materials (web, print media, etc.)
  • Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with product teams to provide customer experience feedback and product improvement suggestions

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Marketing or business development experience (3+ years)
  • Data analysis skills and logical thinking ability
  • Values teamwork
  • Eager to actively learn new knowledge and trends
  • Japanese: Native level, English: Business level (TOEIC 800+)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing for global markets
  • Project management experience

Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
