Golf Business Sales Consultant

Rakuten Group, used by approximately 100 million customers in Japan and 1 billion globally, provides over 70 services in various fields such as e-commerce, payment services, and sports. The golf business operates Rakuten GORA, Japan's largest golf course reservation site. The Golf Business Sales Consulting Department supports over 1,900 golf courses in Japan, offering customer referral support, PR, branding, business improvement, and DX support.

We are expanding our team to enhance our consulting capabilities. The role requires analyzing market trends and providing swift consulting support to golf course management.

As a partner of 1,900 golf courses nationwide, you will be in charge of around 50 golf courses. We will provide consulting sales using big data to maximize the number of customers sent to golf courses. Share and set customer referral goals and strategies with golf courses. Analyze reservation trends. Propose advertising and customer attraction campaigns to achieve goals. Propose new services and improve operational efficiency. New proposals for uncontracted facilities. Japanese is used for internal communication and domestic client support.

Golf Business Sales Consulting Department: Currently 87 people enrolled (average age of consultants: approximately 30 years old). Sales office locations include Tokyo Head Office, Sapporo Branch, Sendai Branch, Nagoya Branch, Osaka Branch, Hiroshima Branch, Fukuoka Branch.

Mandatory qualifications include sales experience, an ordinary driver's license, basic PC skills, and a TOEIC score of 800 or higher or motivation to obtain an equivalent score within two years.

It is desirable to work creatively and independently to meet customer issues. People who like golf or are interested, have experience in new development sales, experience in management or leadership, experience in team building and forming teamwork, and data analysis are desired.

First location: Fukuoka. T-Building HAKATA EAST, 7F, 3-14-1 Hakataekihigashi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka. Nationwide transfer available. Must be able to work at branch office.

Candidate work locations include Sapporo branch, Sendai branch, Tokyo Head Office, Nagoya branch, Osaka branch, Hiroshima branch, Fukuoka branch.

TOEIC score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country. Proof of qualifications will be required by the time of the job offer. If no evidence is available, taking an IP test organized by Rakuten during the selection process is required.
