General Affairs (Group Sales Division Support)

The Group Sales Division provides mobile communication services and related solutions for corporate clients, which is a core business of the Rakuten Group: Rakuten Mobile.

The Human Resources & General Affairs Department consists of two groups: the HR Group and the General Affairs Group. The General Affairs Group is responsible for a wide range of tasks to create a comfortable working environment for employees and vitalize the organization. Specifically, this includes managing company-wide events and meetings, maintaining office environments and information security, managing supplies, and promoting communication among employees.

This role provides extensive general affairs support for the activities of the Group Sales Division, which leads Rakuten Mobile's challenges. From supporting the operation of meetings attended by the president and executive officers to maintaining a comfortable office environment and planning/executing initiatives to promote employee communication, this is a crucial role that helps employees perform to their maximum ability.

Meeting Management Support: Support the smooth operation of important meetings attended by management, including preparation and execution. Facility Management: Maintain and improve the office environment and manage supplies to create an environment where employees can concentrate. Employee Communication Promotion: Support the strengthening of inter-employee collaboration through planning internal events and welfare programs. Other General Affairs Duties: Handle a wide range of general affairs tasks, including mail management.

Directly Support Business Growth: There is a sense of accomplishment in directly contributing to business growth by supporting the activities of the Group Sales Division, which is at the forefront of Rakuten Mobile, from a general affairs perspective. At least 2 years of work experience. Experience in general affairs is welcome.

Location: Rakuten Crimson House, Tokyo. Note: The scope of change for the place of employment may include reassignments or transfers nationwide and overseas.

Secondment: Secondment may be ordered in accordance with secondment regulations.
