The Store AI Solution Section launched the new service "Rakuten Anshin Signage" on June 4, 2025. This business has just begun, with the goal of establishing our presence in the retail media domain, where market growth is considered certain. Position Details
In this position, you will primarily be responsible for support operations in the following three areas: Customer Support (50%) You will exclusively handle inquiries from customers, coordinating maintenance with vendors, or responding to inquiries from prospective customers initiated through website traffic, etc. Project Management Support for Store Implementation of AI Cameras and Digital Signage Equipment (30%) You will support a series of progress management tasks, from design, construction, delivery, to verification, in collaboration with external SIers and vendors. Back-office General Affairs such as Accounting, Legal, and General Affairs (20%) You will flexibly provide support for back-office tasks on a needs-basis

Currently, the team consists of 5 members: 1 business lead and 4 direct reports.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Experience in business support (regardless of employment type)
- Ability to work proactively and take initiative
