Specifically, the Solution Engineering Section, DX Engineering Group, Mobile Coordinator Team provides comprehensive mobile environment support to customers, ensuring they can work with peace of mind. This includes initial setup and kitting services for smartphones, tablets, and PCs, as well as requirements definition, construction, and operational support for post-implementation help desks. Additionally, we offer consulting support for the implementation of mobile security solutions such as MDM.

Job Summary The main tasks involve interviewing and defining requirements for kitting and help desk services for mobile devices and tablets for corporate clients, and then delivering these services. Additionally, we provide consulting support for security implementations, including MDM, to form a mobile utilization platform for corporate clients.
Job Details
1. Customer Needs Assessment and Requirements Definition
Interview corporate clients to understand their current challenges and needs regarding mobile device utilization.
Thoroughly grasp usage purpose, environment, number of employees, security requirements, etc.
Based on interview content, define implementation requirements for optimal solutions (kitting, help desk, MDM, etc.).
2. Provision of Kitting Services
Support in selecting devices (smartphones, tablets) based on customer requirements.
Initial device setup (OS version upgrade, initial configuration).
Installation, configuration, and license management of specified applications.
Security settings (password policy, device encryption, VPN settings, etc.).
Device registration to MDM and profile application.
Individual device management (linking asset management numbers, user information, etc.).
Packing and shipping arrangements for kitted devices.
Creation and management of kitting procedures and configuration information.
3. Help Desk Function Setup and Operational Support
Define help desk system requirements based on customer organization structure and size (first-line support, second-line support, escalation flow, etc.).
Analyze post-operation inquiries and propose improvements.
Regular reporting of operational status.
4. MDM Implementation Consulting
Define MDM functional requirements (security policy, app distribution, loss prevention, remote wipe, etc.).
Design and build MDM environment (tenant creation, group settings, profile creation).
Configure integration between MDM and existing systems (Active Directory, SSO, etc.).
Provide operation training and create manuals for MDM administrators.
Provide post-MDM implementation operational support and propose periodic setting reviews.
5. Post-Implementation Support and Improvement Proposals
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues after implementation.
Conduct regular customer visits and online meetings to confirm operational status.
Propose improvements to further promote mobile utilization based on usage analysis.
Provide information on new devices, OS, applications, and security threats.
Propose solution expansion tailored to customer business growth.
6. Other Related Tasks
Project planning, progress management, and issue management.
Administrative tasks such as quotation creation and invoice processing.
Collaboration with internal related departments (sales, development, support departments, etc.).
Information gathering and self-study on new technologies and products.

Required Qualifications
Experience in IT solution proposal and implementation for corporations.
Practical experience in kitting services.
