Why This Role Matters: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for radiation therapy and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. The Technical Support Physicist will bring their upbeat personality to this role to solve problems with customers, troubleshoot errors and issues clinics are experiencing, and install software. The Technical Support Physicist will assist clinics by identifying solutions and will work with engineers to improve the software. As the Technical Support Physicist, you will develop relationships with clinics and incorporate feedback into creating clinics' dream products. With your clinical background, you will have the ability to improve efficiency in Radiation Oncology clinics throughout the country.
Responsibilities include: work with clinics to understand their issues and provide a solution independently and/or with the help of the programming team, coordinate with the success team to identify clinics that need help troubleshooting, share feedback with the engineering team and communicate customer needs.
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a clinical physicist, strong critical thinking skills, exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care.
Preferred Experience: 5+ years experience as a clinical physicist using Eclipse TPS, experience with multiple treatment planning systems, customer service experience.
Abilities: Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community, thrives with a dynamic schedule and constant learning environment, excels at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously, master of treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflow, ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, highly motivated to help clinicians improve their workflow, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, open-minded personality and welcoming of ideas and feedback.
