- A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in wireless communications and signal processing is essential for this role. - The candidate should have over 10 years of experience simulating end-to-end wireless systems under various RF conditions. - Strong proficiency in C++ programming is required to effectively model and simulate RF impairments. - The ideal candidate should possess strong root-cause analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Collaboration with RF Engineers and the ability to work with diverse working styles is crucial for success in this position. - The candidate should be driven, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently. - Familiarity with fixed-point design and implementation trade-offs is preferred, along with knowledge of RFID and sensor technologies.
