Golf Operations Attendant

Racine Country Club is seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our Golf Operations team for the remainder of the 2025 Golf Season. Our goal is to provide a first-class experience for all our members and guests, and we need dedicated staff to help maintain the high standards of our golf operations. The Golf Services Attendants will assist in the daily operations of the golf course, ensuring an outstanding experience for our members and guests. This is a seasonal position that will run through November (weather dependent), with potential for rehire for the following golf season.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they arrive at the bag drop/club, caring for their needs throughout the round and the conclusion of the round.
• Load and unload golf bags onto golf carts.
• Clean and maintain golf clubs and other equipment.
• Clean golf carts and pick the driving range.
• Start members and guests on the golf course.
• Assist with keeping the bag room clean and organized.
• Provide information on course conditions, upcoming events, and any rule changes or special instructions for the day.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a golf course or hospitality environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, nights, and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.

Salary

• $11 - $15 per hour + tips
• Employees can play golf on RCC course on most Mondays.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
