Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Access Management Specialist to manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure access management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.* Assign roles based on subprocess and department.* Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.* Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.* Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).* Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience with IDM tools and user access management.* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.* Understanding of IT security principles and access control.* Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.* Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in IAM roles.* B.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).
