Operations Analytics Manager

As our Operations Analytics Manager, you will be leading a team of analysts in monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing revenue cycle performance through data-driven insights. Every day you will be involved in developing analytical strategies, overseeing reporting functions, and collaborating with operational leaders to enhance financial outcomes and efficiency. To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

• Oversee the development and implementation of revenue cycle analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to any RCM processes.
• Identify revenue cycle inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Manage and mentor a team of revenue cycle analysts, ensuring high-quality data analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with revenue cycle operations, finance, IT, and business teams to align analytics with business objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and enhance revenue integrity.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue cycle data by implementing best practices in data governance.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to support operational decision-making.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle analytics, healthcare finance, or data analysis.
• Experience with revenue cycle management systems, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in revenue cycle metrics.
• 1-2 years in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for operational improvement.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
