Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and ensure secure access management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.
• Assign roles based on subprocess and department.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.
• Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.
• Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).
• Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with IDM tools and user access management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Understanding of IT security principles and access control.
• Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in IAM roles.
• B.Tech/BCA preferred (any graduate acceptable).
