Associate Operations Manager

Preferred Candidate Profile

5+ years of work experience in cash posting (depository reconciliation, depository renew and denials) RCM - U.S healthcare

2.5 years+ as people manager/team handling of ~15-20 members

Shift: 6PM onwards (to be open for flexible shift)

Periodically review teams performance and recommend performance improvement plan wherever required, also suggest and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology and suggesting automation of repetitive processes

Hands on in preparing daily, weekly & monthly operational metrics reports from the Practice Management/Billing System and workflow tool using MS-Excel

Identify trends and patterns from the generated reports and initiate action plan to resolve the process related issues

Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as required

Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers by demonstrating the gaps, trends & patterns identified during the data/report compilation.
