The Talent Service Coordinator supports QVC, and provides excellent customer service to QVC internal & external partners.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. You will be part-time and will require availability to be scheduled days or nights and availability seven days a week.
What You'll Do
Guide the in-studio experience of the hosts, guest teams, and models
Support all backstage teams by processing and communicating informational changes promptly.
Get the guests and hosts ready before going on air.
Work audio and engineering to report and trouble shoot mic issues along with other responsibilities as assigned.
Resolve challenging situations that arise and may directly affect the live show.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in communication, Business, Television, Broadcasting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Recent and demonstrated 1+ years experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure, Customer Service or Studio Environment required.
