You will be responsible for process improvement, change management, and technology projects and roadmaps for the Upsell and Cross Selling Team supporting QVC Group. You will report to the Director Inbound Supply Chain & Product Central and will work hybrid to West Chester, PA. Monday - Thursday will be in office, with Fridays being remote.
Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments including Customer Service, Finance, and Technology, using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis, the emphasis is on process improvement and promoting a culture of innovation. Additionally, you will participate in leadership meetings, analyze metrics, and encouraging cross-departmental collaboration.
