Reporting to the Creative Director, you will guide the end-to-end execution of our video marketing and creative content strategy. You will be a strategic and creative lead, overseeing the development, content planning, and production of promotional video and static content across all platforms.
You will be hybrid-remote in West Chester, PA.

Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies, briefs, and roadmaps that align with our goals and guide creative direction across all video and static formats.
Quarterly lifecycle of content, including strategic creative briefs, content calendars, and cross-platform asset management.
Manage all creative execution for paid media campaigns, collaborating with the Streaming Performance Marketing team to improve content based on data insights.
Direct end-to-end video promo workstreams, including concept development, direct talent, and coordination of scenic, photography, and behind-the-scenes needs
Be the creative conduit between leadership, internal production teams, creative agencies, and external partners (influencers, content creators), ensuring engagement and project management.
Conduct regular A/B testing and data-informed analysis to maximize creative effectiveness according to Indicators and audience goals.
Manage asset specifications, timelines, delivery needs, and content tagging requirements using centralized tools (e.g., Airtable), ensuring proactive and organized content and asset management.
5+ years experience leading end-to-end video production workflows, including campaign-level creative strategy and collaboration with influencers/creators.
5+ years experience directing, script, and oversee creative projects, ensuring agreement between marketing goals and production execution.
5+ years experience with industry-standard video editing software and asset management tools (e.g., Airtable), and directing on-set talent.
5+ years experience leading teams or projects that required creative solutions, evidenced by successful project outcomes or measurable improvements.
Experience making data-informed decisions, including the use of A/B testing to improve creative outcomes.
