Dropship Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Dropship Supervisor, you will oversee the planning fulfillment of customer orders from QVC's Dropship vendors. The Dropship Operations Specialist aligns with Vendors, Merchandising, and Planning to confirm sales plans, to develop operational strategies, and to track performance to deliver orders. You will work remote.

Your Impact

• Plan and manage vendor performance, providing direction that achieves performance service levels observing our standards.
• Review and act on delayed orders, identifying and addressing cause while collaborating with Customer Service.
• Communicate vendor performance, carrier network performance, system issues, and customer care issues to leadership daily and weekly.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in eCommerce distribution, transportation, or customer service operations
• Vendor management experience in an eCommerce environment
• Understand the external fulfillment environment and technical systems (EDI) and processes supporting a successful program
